ORDER

(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter namely, Indhu, aged about 24 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Indhu, aged about 24 years, has gone missing from 24.01.2021 and she is under the illegal custody of the third respondent and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her. 3.Today, when the mater was taken up for hearing through video conference, Indhu (Mobile No.8072864893) appeared along with her advocate Mr.Vasudevan and stated that she was in love with the third respondent and got married to him on 25.01.2021. She further stated that she is not in the illegal custody of any person.

4.We are satisfied that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
