ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned demand letter bearing No.ANA 5/3833/92 dated 11.1.2013 of the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. This Court by its earlier order dated 20.10.2016 recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is dead. But till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

4. Since steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, even after the lapse of more than three years, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
