Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the First Information Report in the petitioner complaint dated on 20.04.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 20.04.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
