These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 155 days in represeting the papers, which had been filed to bring on record legal representatives of the deceased R3 in S.A.No.1597 of 1996 who is the R5 in S.A.No.1595 of 1996.

2.In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay in representing the papers is condoned. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
