O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner in whose favour an order of status quo was granted. As the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

2.This Court directed the respondent to be present before this Court along with the relevant records. 3.Today (26.08.2016), Mr.A.Murugesan, Chief Engineer, Building Organisation, PWD, Trichy Region, Trichy is present before this Court and produced the relevant records. It appears that vacancies are available at Buildings (C&M) Sec., Sendamangalam, Namakkal District. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to go and work at Sendamangalam, Namakkal District.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent also submitted that the petitioner will be accommodated in the said place.

6.Accordingly the contempt petition stands closed and the respondent is directed to accommodate the petitioner in the Buildings (C&M) Sec., Sendamangalam, Namakkal District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
