ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) When the matter was taken up, the respondent-contemnor was present in court and produced a copy of a document in the nature of receipt to show that the property in question had been handed over by the bank official to the Power Agent of the petitionersuccessful bidder and thereby possession had been taken by the successful bidder. Counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted such factual position.

2. In view of the above development in the matter, this court is of the view that there is due compliance of the order passed by this court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
