ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Alleging that the order of this court dated 11.04.2014 made in W.A.No.1344 of 2013, in respect of payment on par with the junior of the petitioner, has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. In the affidavit of compliance filed by the respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the following statement has been made:-

"4. I state that the petitioner joined the services of the respondent on 04.08.1981. I state that his junior was Mr.M.Natarajan (14.04.1982). He has been taken for comparison and based on it's the differences has been calculated. I state that, the petitioner is being treated as having promoted as wireman from 07.12.1984 instead of 05.10.1987. That is the date of which his junior was promoted."

3. In view of the above, we are satisfied that there is sufficient compliance of the order passed by this court. This Contempt Petition is accordingly closed as no further adjudication is necessary.
