Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.ELANKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19206 of 2020 order dated 15.12.2020 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
