ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered against the petitioners for offence under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC alleging that about 10 lakh rupees collected from 13 person promising to get visa.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on completion of investigation, materials available against them to proceed for offence under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC. Therefore, final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam on 06.07.2023 and the same been numbered as FR. No.4 of 2023.

3. In view of the above facts, nothing survives in this petition. This petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
