2. Ms.K.Nithyashree, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for petitioner/husband and Ms.B.Sri Padmaja, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for respondent/wife are before us.

It is not necessary to dilate on the reason for delay i.e., that there was delay on the part of the petitioner/husband in making the application for certified copy as Ms.B.Sri Padmaja, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for respondent/wife very fairly submits that in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and the manner in which the parties are circumstanced, she is not opposing the CoD prayer.

4. This Court places on record its appreciation for Ms.B.Sri Padmaja for such a fair approach.

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, by consent in the captioned CMP, delay is condoned and captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
