Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to register the FIR in the CSR copy No.123/2015 dated 08.06.2015 as against the accused namely Mr.Ravi, S/o.Sankar, resident of Serkadu Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District and investigate the afore said case in a proper manner and direct the respondents to trace out and hand over Tractors attached with trailers and Rotators bearing registration Nos.TN-23, AC-0565&TN-23, AC-0569 to the petitioner. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the 1st respondent to register the FIR in the CSR copy No.123/2015 dated 08.06.2015 as against the accused namely Mr.Ravi, S/o.Sankar, resident of Serkadu Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District and investigate the afore said case in a proper manner and direct the respondents to trace out and hand over Tractors attached with trailers and Rotators bearing registration Nos.TN-23, AC0565&TN-23, AC-0569 to the petitioner.

2. Heard M/s.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.123 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.123 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
