[ Respondents ] Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to implement G.O.(2D) No.40 Finance (Co-operative Audit) Department dated 03.05.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of the year 2014-2015 issued in proceeding Na.Ka.No. 24100/2013/Nay.U-1 dated 25.04.2014 for promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit and promote the petitioner in accordance with his revised seniority and on par with his immediate junior with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
