(CRME NO.909/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in the bail order dated 08.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.19362/2020 that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur, on all the working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIVELAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19362 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19362 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
