ORDER

The contempt petition filed against the interim order of stay.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the contempt petitioner has not approached the management during the relevant point of time. The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent / School made a submission that the order of suspension is valid for about 2 months and now the enquiry proceedings have already commenced and the petitioner has to participate in the enquiry for the purpose of defending the case.

3. This being the fact, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the contempt proceedings. The petitioner is at liberty to participate in the disciplinary proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 07.07.2022 Index :
