Respondents Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for disobeying the lawful order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.OP.No.9894 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.06.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.9894 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. It is seen that this Court passed the following order in Crl.OP.No.9894 of 2015 on 10.06.2015: "... 3. Under these circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2014 in CSR.No.824 of 2014 and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.

Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in [2014] 2 SCC 1."

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that, petition enquiry in CSR.No.824 of 2014 was conducted and closed and a copy of the Closure Report also served on the petitioner on 09.07.2015.

4. It is seen that the petitioner's son has some grievance of the quality of the enquiry conducted by the police, which cannot be gone into in the Contempt Petition.
