2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2902 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022 and also in the respective petition and issue a fresh order copy.
