C.M.P. No. 4942 of 2024 in S.A. No. 145 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J.

The plaintiff is the appellant before this Court. The plaintiff had filed a suit for declaring that she is the sole legal representative of the deceased Pattabiraman. The suit was dismissed and confirmed in an appeal. Therefore, there is no proceedings that requires to be stayed as the position of the party continues to remain same as before the institution of the suit.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
