2. Mr.Ganesh, learned counsel accepts notice for R2 and does not very seriously object to the condonation of 152 days delay in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. Hence and also for the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 152 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 04.06.2025 along with the batch of Writ Appeals, including W.A.Nos.3066 of 2024 and 386 of 2025.
