ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to pass orders to the fourth respondent to dispose off the petitioner's Grievance petitions dated 26.09.2024 and 03.11.2024 pending on his file after conducting a fair enquiry and to take appropriate steps as per law and resolve the Grievances with a speaking order as per the guidelines stipulated as per the G.O (Ms) 99/2015 dated 21.09.2015 within a time frame.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
