This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 267 days in paying the deficit Court fee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
