O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.2411 of 2016 dated 25.01.2016.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent-Company was already closed long back and the issue is presently pending before the Supreme Court.

3. In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move petition after disposal of the SLP, if required.
