This petition is filed to condone the delay of 259 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.4,000/- in the above second appeal in SR.No.56190 of 2022.

2.This petition stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/-.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner made an offer that instead of paying the cost, he may be permitted to purchase any law book not exceeding Rs.500/- useful to any junior advocate.
