This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 536 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to "Anbu Karangal, 1/216, Vivekananda Street, Kottivakkam, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600 041.
