Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioners Patta transfer application No: 2020/0105/35/274935 dt: 28.02.2020 and to grant patta in respect of property in Plot No.17 in 1st street, Nesamani Nagar, Survey No.72/1D2 of an extent of 0.01.50 Ares in Perumpakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioners Patta transfer application No: 2020/0105/35/274935 dt: 28.02.2020 and to grant patta in respect of property in Plot No.17 in 1st street, Nesamani Nagar, Survey No.72/1D2 of an extent of 0.01.50 Ares in Perumpakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 12.05.2021.
