This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register F.I.R based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2016 vide C.S.R.No.695 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.204 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 436 of IPC.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
