O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Management permitted the writ petitioner to join duty and accordingly, the workman also joined duty and working as a Time Keeper.

2. In this regard, the Transport Corporation also issued an order in proceedings dated 25.07.2019. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. If at all, any other grievances exists to the workman, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority for the redressal of such grievances. In respect of non-payment of salary, the workman is at liberty to approach the authorities by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

way of representation and in the event of submitting any such representation, the authority competent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
