Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pay salaries and other allowance etc. related monetary benefits and arrears of salaries and other allowances since 1996 till date, on par with the petitioner's counterparts employed in the Government and Government aided Polytechnic Colleges along with interest @ 12% per annum in view of the judgement reported in 2008 Writ L.R.676 : (2008) 5 MLJ 302 confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) No.26013 of 2008 etc. dated 22.7.2014.
