Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent police herein for having committed contempt by willfully disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated on 22.02.2017 passed in Criminal Original Petition No.3574 of 2017.

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 22.02.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3574 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that as directed by this Court, after completion of enquiry, final report was filed and the same was also taken on file as CC.No.88 of 2018.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
