(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) When the matter is called today, it is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter had been secured and handed over to the petitioner on 26.02.2020 and the petitioner is also present before this Court and he had also stated that the police had handed over his daughter. 2.In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
