2. The learned Additional District Munsif, Kancheepuram, by a letter to the Registry dated 30.07.2021, seeks extension of three months time on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3. Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, three months time is hereby granted to complete the Trial in O.S.No.342 of 2006, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 24/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
