ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents not to construct the canal in the petitioner property which is situated in Ayakkaranpulam - II Village, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2021.

2. Without expressing any merit in this writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already constructed the water canal.
