The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order dated 01.03.2016 made in W.P.No.7611/2016 passed by this Court.

When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court to consider the representation of the petitioners has been duly complied with by making it clear that the property-in-question has already been taken over by National Company Law Tribunal. However, if the petitioners have not received a copy of the order, they can very well give one more representation that also would be considered on the same line in respect of other people. 3.

Therefore, recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the respondent that in the event of receiving one more fresh representation from the petitioners, if any, they will also pass an order within two weeks as per law, the Contempt Petition is closed.
