CR.NO.835/2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. until further order imposed in Crl.OP.No.11996/2020 order dated 10.09.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition of that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11996 of 2020 order dated 10.09.2020., while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complying the condition imposed that the petitioner shall furnish the title deeds of immovable property worth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ about a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.835 of 2016

before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhachalam. Therefore, he vehemently opposed to relax the condition imposed by this Court. 4.In view of non-compliance of the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court.
