ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to set aside the Order dated 12.01.2015, passed by the learned Special Sub Judge for (LAOP) Cases/First Additional Sub-Court, Hosur in R.E.P.No.4 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.108 of 1997.

2. The petitioner had remained absent before the Execution Court and therefore the sale notice was issued on 17.02.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that they were not interested in the sale of the immovable property, if the amount that is payable by the petitioner is paid.

4. The petitioner is therefore directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,82,617/- to the credit of the said execution proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the first respondent shall be entitled to withdraw the same.

5. As far as the interest that is payable same shall be determined by

the Execution Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the proposed sale of the property shall be kept in abeyance.

6. The present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
