This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.329 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and file a final report within a stipulated period which prescribed by this Court.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.329 of 2021 has been completed. The respondents will file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.
