The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph Nos. 1 and 2 of the order passed by this Court on 18.03.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph Nos. 1 and 2 of the order dated 18.03.2024 is to be read as follows:

"The Petitioner/A2 has filed an application in Crl.O.P.No.4963 of 2024 and the Petitioner/A1 has filed an application in Crl.O.P.No.4948 of 2024, both in same Crime No.1 of 2024 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 477(A) and 408 read with Section 109 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is stated that there was also parallel proceedings initiated against the Accused A1/Petitioner herein, namely, the disciplinary proceedings. In W.M.P.No.2047 of 2023 in W.P.No.1968 of 2023, a learned Single Judge of this Court had granted stay on 25.01.2023 of the disciplinary proceedings. Be that as it may, the Accused A1 is the Secretary and the Accused A2 1/3

is the President of Ariyanoor Milk Producers Co-operative Society. It is stated that the Petitioners had indulged in misappropriation of the Society funds to a total sum of Rs.5,64,140/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred and Forty Only)."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 18.03.2024 and issue fresh order copy in consequent to the amendment. Two further weeks is granted in executing the sureties. 12.04.2024 gsa Note : Issue order copy on 12.04.2024.
