Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.13/19651/2013 dated 10.09.2013 (signed on 13.09.2013) and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to join the post of Tutor cum Warden at Kheezhkodungalur ADW Girls Hostel, Vandavasi Taluk, in pursuant to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.1-1/19651/2013 dated 29.07.2013 with all consequential and attendant service benefits including continuity of service and salary. The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.13/19651/2013 dated 10.09.2013 (signed on 13.09.2013) and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to join the post of Tutor cum Warden at Kheezhkodungalur ADW Girls Hostel, Vandavasi Taluk, in pursuant to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.1-1/19651/2013 dated 29.07.2013 with all consequential and Page No.2 of 5

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
