ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and to take action on the representation given by the petitioner dated 09.01.2023 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Honble Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner and his family members were working in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) and the wages were not credited to the bank account of the petitioner's brother and daughter. Therefore, the petitioner has made online representation dated 15.12.2022 to the first respondent and no action was taken so far and hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on enquiry, the petitioner came to know that the wages were credited into the bank account of 2/4

the 5th respondent, who is working as the Panchayat Secretary of Nedumanur Panchayat.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that in this regard, an enquiry will be conducted by the respondents within a period of one month and if any irregularities founds, action will be taken as per law.

5. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. This court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any allegation is proved, take action as per law.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 28.02.2023 rli 3/4
