This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 346 days in filing the representation in the above review application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay of 346 days in filing Second Appeal Review S.R.No.3160 of 2020 is condoned.
