ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of stay granted in the writ petition.
2. Learned Additional Advocate General, Mr.Neelakandan, would submit that the appellants have now proposed to prepare a panel for promotion and on account of the interim order, they are unable to finalise the panel.
3. Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants/petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
