PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Employee in the vacant place as indicated in Serial No.26 or 68 in communication Na.Ka.No.1504/A1/2017 dated 31.07.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent in terms of communication made in Na.Ka.No.22877/E3-2/2017 dated17.03.2017 issued by the 1st respondent with effect from 08.08.2017 with all attended benefits forthwith. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that, with reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petitioner for a direction to promote the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Employee in the vacant place and the same was redressed by the respondent. However, the writ petitioner was posted to Ellore.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was posted to a far away place which is 45 kms away. However, these aspects are to be considered only by the Competent Authorities considering various facts and circumstances. The writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation setting out all details to the respondents.
3. In the event of any such representation, the same shall be considered on merits and based on the facts and circumstances. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
