Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 15.10.2012 in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.4340/2012/Aa2, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for the necessary programs of the temple of the A/m.Ulageswarar Swamy Thirukkoil, situate at Mattayampatti, Thesavilakku Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, without affecting the right of the petitioner and the villagers.
