The original petitioner ie., the first petitioner herein since expired on 20.01.2020, it becomes necessitated to bring the legal representatives ie., the petitioners 3 and 4 on his behalf.

Hence, this petition for substitution has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appeared for the respondents.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact since it has been necessary to implead these petitioners in the contempt petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the contempt petition next week.
