C.M.P.Nos.16709 to 16711 of 2016 in A.S.No.308 of 2013 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 591 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Sachidanandam Pillai, one of the trustees in Sri Mannadheswarar Sri Pachaimman Temple and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Sachidanandam Pillai, in the first appeal.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit. The petition in C.M.P.No.16709 of 2016 to condone the delay of 591 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement is ordered and the delay is condoned. The abatement caused due to the death of Sachidhanandam Pillai, is set aside and C.M.P.No.16710 of 2016 is allowed. Proposed parties are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased Sachidhanandam Pillai in the Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.16711 of 2016 is allowed.
