2.Ms.Manju N Gupta/Applicant No.1, who is the wife of Respondent No.2/ Contemnor, informs me, that parties have arrived at a settlement.

2.1.Ms.Manju N Gupta/ Applicant No.1 is accompanied by her Advocate Mr.Guru Dhananjay, who affirms the said position.

2.2.Mr.G.Nirmal Kumar, Respondent No.2/Contemnor also affirms that a settlement has been reached with the applicants.

3.Accordingly, at request of parties, the contempt proceedings are closed. The notice of contempt will, accordingly, stand discharged.

4.In view of what was stated before me, in contempt

petition No.201 of 2017, Mr. Guru Dhananjay, who appears for the applicants in the captioned O.A. as well, says that he has instructions, not to press the same.

5.The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. No costs.
