A.No.890 of 2022 in C.S.No.272 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This application has been filed by the defendant to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the written statement in the Suit in C.S.No.272 of 2021.

2. The respondent/plaintiff has no serious objection to condone the delay and to receive the written statement.

3. Since the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are being satisfied, delay of 125 days in filing the written statement is condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to take the written statement on file, if it is otherwise in order and place the same on record.
