Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Press Release in No.Nil, dated 30.03.2018 issued by the fourth respondent and to quash the same insofar as it directs to conduct Class XII Economic Paper (Code 030) Examination for the second time in respect of the petitioner is concerned and consequently declare the results for the petitioner based on Class XII Economic Paper Examination conducted on 26.03.2018.

ORDER
When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that similar relief sought for before the Apex Court has been withdrawn by the petitioner therein in W.P.(Civil).No.268 of 2018 and by order dated 04.04.2018, it was dismissed as withdrawn by the Supreme Court, as, in view of the subsequent notification dated 03.04.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not press the Writ Petition therein. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner in the present Writ Petition fairly submits that no further adjudication is required in this Writ petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed.
