2. In the present case, no claims were called for. The learned official liquidator also submitted that after calling for the claims he would file appropriate application to bring the property of the company under liquidation for sale.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the learned Official Liquidator to call for the claims and thereafter to move the appropriate application to bring the properties for sale, in which case, the liberty is granted to the applicant to participate in the auction conducted by the learned Official Liquidator. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
