2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides. 3.Considering the reason assigned in the affidavit, filed in support of this Petition and also the medical ground of the Petitioner, who is aged about 83 years, the absence of the Petitioner in complying with the conditional order passed by this Court from April 2020 to October 2021 is hereby condoned.
