O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to set aside the judgment passed in Crl.R.P.No.25 of 2016 by the learned III Additional Sessions Court, Kallakurichi in M.C.No.16 of 2014.

2.The present petition has been filed against the dismissal order passed in Criminal Revision Petition is not maintainable under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy challenging the order passed in the Criminal Revision before the appropriate court of law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
